The exchange policy is applicable only to sandals and heels purchased directly from Belleria.
The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including the original packaging and tags.
The exchange request must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Provide the order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for exchange.

If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we may offer you a store credit or provide a suitable alternative.
In the event that the new item's price exceeds the original purchase price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Shipping and Handling:

You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, and the shipping costs will be borne by you.
